What is JackedPack?
JackedPack is your monthly supplement discovery and guidance kit. We send a pack of sports nutrition samples at the beginning of each month for you to try, discover, and enjoy. Your membership comes with a money back voucher to be spent in our e-store each month on the products you really love.
The number of samples you receive depends on which size pack you choose, but can vary from 8-50 total servings.
Once you’ve committed to getting HUGE(R) with us all you need to do is:
1) Pick your pack & complete the easy sign up process
2) Enjoy the awesome products/samples that arrive at your doorstep at the beginning of every month
3) Let us know which ones you enjoy most by rating and reviewing them on our site and through our surveys
4) Buy the full size items at ridiculous discounts on our E-store and save HUGE
Do I get to choose what goes into my JackedPack?
You definitely customize your JackedPack, including the type of supplements you get, as well as the amount of samples.Our goal with this product is to help you discover a variety of sports nutrition products in a wide range of categories so you can find what works best for you. Our fitness & supplement experts curate a great collection of some awesome stuff, we know you’ll enjoy it.
Currently, we offer different supplement packs tailored to your specific goals:
1) Build muscle
2) Lose fat
3) Get fit
4) Get started
We also offer three different sizes of sample packs:
Lightweight – A variety of 6-12 samples to help you find supplements related to your goal
Heavyweight – Lightweight + a trial-size item (10-20 servings) in the same category
Heavyweight XXL – Lightweight + a full-size item (25-40 servings) in the same category
When will my JackedPack arrive?
We ship our JackedPacks around the 10th business day of every month, so you should receive it within 5-10 business days of the shipment date. Please note that it takes longer to reach our Canadian, UK, APO and FPO customers. Packs may take up to a month depending on location. We’re very sorry, but you guys are really far away.
If you sign up at the beginning of the month (ex. May 2nd), we will send you that month’s JackedPack if we have any available, otherwise you’ll have to wait until the following month (ex. June 1st). If you have an emergency and need to get HUGER faster, email us and we will see what we can do for you!
When will I be billed for my next JackedPack?
You will be billed immediately when you sign up. You will then be billed when your orders are processed each month (typically between the 20th and 25th). For example, if you sign up on August 14th, you will be billed on August 14th and your next bill will be between September 20th-25th.
Sign ups that occur in the beginning of the month will still receive that month’s pack and be billed on the 20th of that month (and every following 20th of the month) for the following month’s pack. For example, if you signed up May 2nd, you would be billed upon sign up for the May pack and again on May 20th for the June pack. This is so that you don’t have to wait until June to receive your first pack, and also gives us enough time logistically to make sure you can receive both packs.
If you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle, you will still receive your last JackedPack. For example, if you signed up on August 14th and you decide to cancel on September 27th, we will still send you a pack at the beginning of October since you’ve already paid for it (on September 27th). If you’d prefer a refund instead, please email us at email@example.com by the 20th of the month and let us know. Refunds will be unavailable beyond the 20th of the month as orders will already be routed to our shipping partner at that point.
Why does my credit card show a $1 charge from JackedPack?
Have no fear! That $1 charge is actually just a verification from the system to make sure you’re using a real credit card! That charge will disappear and be refunded automatically in 1-2 days. If it doesn’t just let us know and we’ll make sure it gets fixed promptly.
Do I need to do anything after sign up?
Nope. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy this service. You will receive one JackedPack per month and we will keep sending you awesome samples until you decide you are too jacked for your own good.
How big are the sample sizes in my JackedPack?
Sizes of samples will vary depending which products are included in that months pack, but they will include enough for you to familiarize yourself with each product. Some products would only have one serving while others will have 5+. This means that although we say 6-12 products are featured in a JackedPack Lightweight, you may well end up with 10-12 total samples in the box.
I loved one of the samples in my last JackedPack and want to buy the full sized product. Can I do that on your website?
YEAH BUDDY! In fact we’ve made it incredibly convenient and easy for you to buy full size products by offering them in our online store. We offer all of the products featured in the JackedPacks and we also frequently offer our customers exclusive discounts and coupons. If for any reason we are out of the specific product you are looking to purchase, we will redirect you to another vendor the best available price possible.
Do you take user feedback/suggestions about what should appear in upcoming JackedPacks?
Absolutely, this is why completing your HUGEness profile in your my account page and leaving reviews about the pack is so important to us. We are constantly re-evaluating what to put in the JackedPack’s and customer opinion helps shape that process. Please, give us your thoughts!
Do you ship full size products to UK or Canada?
No, we only ship our monthly sample kits. So, unfortunately, you’ll only be able to use your vouchers and coupons if you have a US address.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time after you’ve received your first paid pack. There are NO fees to cancel (except your muscles might not like you as much). Simply log into your account and cancel in the dashboard. We do not accept cancellations via email, or social media.
If you are lucky enough to sign up for a first month free promotion which we run occasionally, you can cancel any time after you’ve received your first paid pack. For example, if you sign up on August 15th for a first month free promo, you would be able to cancel after you receive the October pack (you’d be charged for it on September 15th)
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
We hope you love your JackedPack subscription and never stop getting jacked with us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can cancel any time by logging into your account. Note: Cancellations may occur at any time following receipt of your first paid pack.
Do you accept cancellations via email?
Unfortunately not. Due to the high volume of emails we receive each day, we need you to fill out the cancellation request on your own, in your my account page. This way, no emails are missed by either party, and you can get back to your squat set as quick as possible.
How do I cancel my 3 or 6 month subscription?
Unfortunately we don’t accept cancellations for 3 and 6 month subscriptions. If you are unhappy with the service after 1 month, please write us and let us know what we can do to make the packs better and we’ll do our best to make sure you enjoy the packs as much as possible. Alternatively you can request to have the packs sent to a fellow gymrat who might enjoy it more than you.

How can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have created an account with us, you can login to your account to update your billing and shipping information.
Please note that you need to change your shipping address by the 20th of each month for the following month’s shipment. For example, you’d need to update your address by August 20th if you want your September shipment to arrive at the correct address. Failure to update your shipping address relieves us of liability for that month’s pack. Please see “Shipping” for details on packs marked “Return to Sender”.

Is my personal and credit card information secure?
Absolutely. We are as serious about protecting your personal and credit card information as we are about getting HUGE. And you know how we feel about getting HUGE. Seriously though, all credit card information is completely secured by SSL encryption. Also, we will never distribute your email address or personal information to anybody. We don’t share this stuff with anybody, not even Arnold!

Is there an age minimum to subscribing?
Yeah, Buddy! JackedPack is only for those over 18 years old. If you’re not 18 yet, check back when you are. Also, hit the books, stay in school, you youngin’.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US, UK, and Canada. Note that we charge an additional shipping surcharge to ship to Canada and the UK. It takes a little bit longer to ship to you guys, so please be patient! We’re working on other locations too, so check back soon.
We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and are proud to send JackedPacks to troops overseas.
Do you have tracking information?
Tracking information is available on most packages and we will provide it via email when your monthly pack ships. We will also include tracking information on your My Account page. If you’d like to know exactly where your JackedPack is, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us you want tracking info so you can know how long til that bad boy arrives!
Please note that tracking information is significantly less clear and useful for our Canadian and APO subscribers. We are sorry, but unfortunately international tracking info just isn’t as good.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping & Handling is included when we ship packs anywhere in the US. For shipments to UK and Canada, we charge an additional surcharge, depending on the size of your pack. Shipping for full-size products is based on weight and varies accordingly. Additional fees apply to international shipments. Returns for the Heavyweight XXL are free, but there is a $6.95 restocking fee.
What is your policy if my JackedPack is marked Return to Sender?
If we ship your JackedPack to the address you gave us and it comes back as undeliverable, we will email you and let you know and obtain a new valid shipping address. We will reship your JackedPack to your new address and you will be billed a handling and repost fee of $5.99 for US, and $9.99 to Canada.
What is the JackedPack Heavyweight XXL?
The Heavyweight XXL is the biggest and baddest JackedPack we currently offer. Our XXL packs include 1 full-size product (25-40 servings) customized to your needs + 4-5 other product samples. YEAH BUDDY!
How does the return shipping work?
We hope you enjoy the full-size product our experts chose for you, but if you don’t enjoy it for any reason, keep all of the samples and and send back the unopened full-size product. We’ll give you store credit for your next pack and hopefully do a better job next time! Just email us at email@example.com and request a return shipping label within 15 days of receiving the pack. There is a re-stocking fee of $6.95. If you’ve canceled or downgraded your subscription, we’ll still send you your last pack but you will be unable to return it if you don’t like it. Return shipping requests beyond 15 day of receiving the pack will not be honored.
