- What is JackedPack?
JackedPack is a monthly subscription service for sports nutrition supplement samples. Once you've signed up, we will send you a pack of sports nutrition samples at the beginning of each month. The number of samples you receive depends on which size pack you choose, but can vary from 8-50 total servings.
Once you've committed to getting HUGE(R) with us all you need to do is:

3) Let us know which ones you enjoy most by rating and reviewing them on our site and through our surveys
4) Buy the full size items at ridiculous discounts on our E-store and save HUGE
- Do I get to choose what goes into my JackedPack?
If you choose the JackedPack Heavyweight you can't choose what goes into your pack. Our goal with this product is to help you discover a variety of sports nutrition products in a wide range of categories so you can find what works best for you. Our fitness & supplement experts curate a great collection of some awesome stuff, we know you'll enjoy it.
If you choose the JackedPack Custom, you can tell us which category you'd most like to discover with us and we will provide you with a trial-size item (10-20 servings) in that category along with 4-5 other awesome product samples (some with multiple servings) we think you'll enjoy.
The JackedPack Custom XXL is similar to the JackedPack Custom, just bigger and more awesome. Instead of a trial-size item (10-20 servings), you'll receive a full-size item (25-40 servings). The Custom XXL also has FREE return shipping so you can send back the full-size product (unopened of course) if you don't like the samples you received. Watch this video if you want more info. There is a $6.95 restocking fee.
Note that you can't control exactly which products you receive in the JackedPack Custom or JackedPack Custom XXL. We think the variety of products you’ll receive is part of what makes JackedPack so awesome.
We ship our JackedPacks the 1st or 2nd week of every month, so you should receive it within 5-10 business days of the shipment date. Please note that it takes longer to get to our Canadian customers. We're sorry, but you guys are really far away.
- When will my JackedPack arrive?
If you sign up at the beginning of the month (ex. May 2nd), we will send you that month's JackedPack if we have any available, otherwise you'll have to wait until the following month (ex. June 1st). If you have an emergency and need to get HUGER faster, email us and we will see what we can do for you!
- When will I be billed for my next JackedPack?
If you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle, you will still receive your last JackedPack. For example, if you signed up on August 14th and you decide to cancel on September 27th, we will still send you a pack at the beginning of October since you've already paid for it (on September 27th). If you'd prefer a refund instead, please email us at email@example.com by the 20th of the month and let us know. Refunds will be unavailable beyond the 20th of the month as orders will already be routed to our shipping partner at that point.
Nope. We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy this service. You will receive one JackedPack per month and we will keep sending you awesome samples until you decide you are too jacked for your own good.
- Do I need to do anything after I signup on JackedPack.com to keep receiving my monthly pack?
Sizes of samples will vary depending which products are included in that months pack, but they will include enough for you to familiarize yourself with each product. Some products would only have one serving while others will have 5+. This means that although we say 6-8 products are featured in a JackedPack Heavyweight, you may well end up with 10-12 total samples in the box.
- How big are the sample sizes in my JackedPack?
YEAH BUDDY! In fact we've made it incredibly convenient and easy for you to buy full size products by offering them in our online store. We offer all of the products featured in the JackedPacks and we also frequently offer our customers exclusive discounts and coupons. If for any reason we are out of the specific product you are looking to purchase, we will redirect you to another vendor the best available price possible.
- I loved one of the samples in my last JackedPack and want to buy the full sized product. Can I do that on your website?
Absolutely, this is why completing your HUGEness profile in your my account page and leaving reviews about the pack is so important to us. We are constantly re-evaluating what to put in the JackedPack's and customer opinion helps shape that process. Please, give us your thoughts!
- Do you take user feedback/suggestions about what should appear in upcoming JackedPacks?

If you are lucky enough to sign up for a first month free promotion which we run occasionally, you can cancel anytime after you've received your first paid pack. For example, if you sign up on August 15th for a first month free promo, you would be able to cancel after you receive the October pack (you'd be charged for it on September 15th)
We hope you love your JackedPack subscription and never stop getting jacked with us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account. Note: Cancellations may occur at any time following receipt of your first paid pack.

- How can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have created an account with us, you can login to your account to update your billing and shipping information.
Please note that you need to change your shipping address by the 20th of each month for the following month's shipment. For example, you'd need to update your address by August 20th if you want your September shipment to arrive at the correct address.

Absolutely. We are as serious about protecting your personal and credit card information as we are about getting HUGE. And you know how we feel about getting HUGE. Seriously though, all credit card information is completely secured by SSL encryption. Also, we will never distribute your email address or personal information to anybody. We don't share this stuff with anybody, not even Arnold!
- Is my personal and credit card information secure?
If you are having difficulty accessing your account information for any reason, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will get it sorted for you right away.
- I can't remember my username or password to log in. Help!
- Is there an age minimum to subscribing?
Yeah, Buddy! JackedPack is only for those over 18 years old. If you're not 18 yet, check back when you are. Also, hit the books, stay in school, you youngin'.
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Note that we charge an additional $7.50/month to ship to Canada. It takes a little bit longer to ship to you guys, so please be patient! We're working on other locations too, so check back soon.
We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and are proud to send JackedPacks to troops overseas.
- Do you have tracking information?
Tracking information is available on most packages and we will provide it via email when your monthly pack ships. We will also include tracking information on your My Account page. If you'd like to know exactly where your JackedPack is, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us you want tracking info so you can know how long til that bad boy arrives!
Please note that tracking information is significantly less clear and useful for our Canadian and APO subscribers. We are sorry, but unfortunately international tracking info just isn't as good.
- How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping & Handling is included when we ship packs anywhere in the US. For shipments to Canada, we charge an additional $7.50/month. Shipping for full-size products is based on weight and varies accordingly. Additional fees apply to international shipments. Returns for the Custom XXL are free, but there is a $6.95 restocking fee.

- What is the JackedPack Custom XXL?
The Custom XXL is the biggest and baddest JackedPack we currently offer. Our Custom XXL packs include 1 full-size product (25-40 servings) customized to your needs + 4-5 other product samples + 2-3 samples of the full-size product. We include the samples of the full-size product so that you can try the samples first and if you don't like them, you can return the unopened full-size product. You get to keep the rest of the samples and returns are FREE! You simply use the prepaid shipping label we include and we provide you with store credit. We'll apply that store credit to next month's shipment. YEAH BUDDY!

- How is the Custom XXL different from the other JackedPacks?
With the Custom XXL, not only do you get a FULL SIZE product (25-40 servings), but you can return it for FREE using the prepaid shipping label if you don't like the samples we included. We include 2-3 samples of the full size product so you can try it before you decide if you like it or not. If you do return it to us, you will receive store credit for the next month's pack.
Please note that we will only accept returns if the full-size product is unopened. Sorry, but we can't accept it if the seal is broken!
- How does the return shipping work?
We hope you enjoy the full-size product our experts chose for you, but if you don't enjoy it for any reason, keep all of the samples and use the prepaid shipping label we've included to send back the unopened full-size product. We'll give you store credit for your next pack and hopefully do a better job next time! There is a re-stocking fee of $6.95. If you've canceled your subscription, we'll still send you your last pack but you will be unable to return it if you don't like it.
